OUR STORY

When you are huddled in a cave with your climbing partner trying not to freeze to death, Inspiration hits. Bivy was born through experience. Too many “unable to find the trailhead”, “I think we are off routes” and “How much furthers” went into to creating the Bivy app. We have all said “I think it is just around the next bend” Bivy app was designed to take away all those questions and lets you focus on more important aspects of the adventure like beautiful vistas, feeling accomplished and snacks. Always focus on the snacks.

Not only are we helping you find your way, but we also make it possible for you to be found. In 2018, because of too many overdue arrivals and bad communication (That is what our spouses tell us anyway), the Bivystick was born. But satellite communication is only for expedition climbers, people that live off the grid or sailing across the ocean right? Wrong, the Bivystick was created to bring the safety of peace of mind of satellite communication to everyone.
